   1. Assistance in drafting and marketing Glocal written material, both online and offline
   2. Managing Open Days, presenting the program in conferences 
   3. Coordinating Glocal’s public events
   4. Managing Glocal’s media 
   5. Managing and operating Glocal’s social media and website
   6. Coordinating Glocal’s marketing campaigns
   7. Leading communication with HUJI Marketing teams
       
2. Students’ application process
   1. Supporting applicants in communication from early stages of interest in the Program, through registration
   2. Leading communication with applicants in the application process (collecting documents, interviewing, contacting referees, etc.)
       
3. International students’ arrival to Israel
   1. Preparing Glocal’s orientation week
   2. Coordinating students’ entry to Israel (communicating with embassies, scheduling dorms, etc.)
   3. Supporting students on their adaptation to Jerusalem, Israel and HUJI
   4. Coordinating Glocal’s buddy system
       

Time frame:

50% position, to begin immediately.

 

Requirements:

• Fluent professional English, Good Hebrew (Reading, speaking)
• MA /PhD student
• Strong interpersonal skills (a “people” person)
• Innovation, motivation and good team spirit
• Excellent writing English skills and/or background in development – an advantage
• Experience in marketing or in social media – an advantage
